Switch to FOXAF. In a day.

Whichever tool you are on, the move is the same shape: export, import, reconnect WhatsApp, cancel the old subscription. Here is the exact path for each one.

We do the heavy lifting — free. On any paid plan you get a 1:1 onboarding call and we rebuild your top workflows from your old tool for you.

From GoHighLevel

Migrate from GoHighLevel

The path we walked ourselves. Export, reconnect, cancel.

What comes with you
  • Contacts + custom fields
  • Pipelines & opportunities (CSV)
  • Email templates (paste in)
  • Tags & segments
What you leave behind
  • GHL funnel builder (replaced with FOXAF Sites + Forms)
  • Courses / memberships (out of scope)
  • Voice AI (out of scope)
  1. 1
    Export contacts as CSV

GHL → Contacts → Bulk export. Keep custom fields — FOXAF preserves them via column mapping.

  2. 2
    Disconnect WhatsApp from GHL

Remove the WA integration so the next message lands on FOXAF, not back in GHL.

  3. 3
    Connect WhatsApp on FOXAF

Embedded Signup for Cloud (5 mins) or QR scan if you want to start with your personal number.

  4. 4
    Recreate workflows from recipes

Our recipe library covers Welcome series, Cart abandonment, Reactivation, Review request. Most teams find their workflow in 2-3 clicks.

  5. 5
    Cancel GHL

The whole point. Average customer saves $200–$400/mo.

From Wati

Migrate from Wati

Keep your number, lose the message markup.

What comes with you
  • Phone number + Meta approval
  • Contacts + tags
  • Templates
  • Chatbot flows (rebuild as workflows)
What you leave behind
  • ~20% Meta message markup
  • Per-user fees on Pro+
  1. 1
    Export contacts from Wati

Wati → Contacts → Export. Bring tags and opt-in status.

  2. 2
    Migrate your WhatsApp Business number

If you're on Cloud API, point Embedded Signup at the same number — Meta lets you transfer to a new BSP.

  3. 3
    Upload templates

FOXAF supports the same Meta template format. Approved templates stay approved with Meta.

  4. 4
    Switch on AI

Drop a Claude or GPT agent on inbound. It's included — no upgrade to Pro to unlock it.

From Manychat

Migrate from Manychat

Bring the audience. Ditch the contact-count pricing.

What comes with you
  • Subscribers
  • Tags / custom fields
  • Flow logic (rebuild)
What you leave behind
  • Per-contact tier pricing
  • +$29/mo AI Step add-on
  • ~40% markup on WA marketing messages (in PK/India)
  1. 1
    Export subscribers as CSV

Manychat → Audience → Export. Includes opt-in source per subscriber.

  2. 2
Reconnect Instagram / Facebook (if used)

Run Meta OAuth on FOXAF for FB Page + IG Business connections.

  3. 3
    Reconnect WhatsApp

Embedded Signup for Cloud, or QR for personal. Phone numbers from your CSV become contacts automatically.

  4. 4
    Rebuild flows in Workflows

react-flow visual builder maps 1:1 from Manychat's flow concept. AI Step is just an AI Agent node on FOXAF — no $29/mo add-on.

From HubSpot

Migrate from HubSpot

Right-size your CRM for SMB scale.

What comes with you

FAQ

Migration questions, answered

How long does migrating to FOXAF take?+

Most teams finish the CSV import and WhatsApp reconnect in under a day. The longest step is any Meta template re-approval, which can take up to 24 hours.

Do I lose my WhatsApp number when I switch?+

No. On WhatsApp Cloud API you keep your number — you simply point Embedded Signup at FOXAF instead of your old provider; your number stays registered with Meta.

Do paid plans include migration help?+

Yes — Pro and Enterprise include a 1:1 onboarding call and we rebuild your top workflows from your existing tool for free.

Can I import deals and pipelines, not just contacts?+

Yes — the importer handles contacts, companies and deals with custom-field mapping on every plan.

What if my current tool doesn't export CSV?+

Talk to us — we've migrated from Zoho, Pipedrive, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets and even raw exports. Nothing is too messy.
