Yes — upgrade or downgrade from your workspace billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial?+
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to get started, and there is a Free plan you can stay on indefinitely.
Are there per-contact or per-seat fees?+
No. FOXAF is flat-priced — your plan is your plan, no matter how many contacts you add, and Starter and Pro have no per-seat charges.
Do you mark up WhatsApp message fees?+
No. Meta WhatsApp Cloud charges per conversation; we pass that cost through at-cost with no markup.
What happens when my trial ends?+
If you don't pick a plan we move you to the Free tier. Your data stays — only your usage limits change.
Do you offer a custom plan?+
